Ingredients

  • 1/2 (cup) dijon style mustard
  • 1/4 (cup) soy sauce (wheat free tamari for gluten free)
  • 2 (tablespoon) olive oil
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) ground ginger
  • 4 (clove) garlic, finely chopped
  • 8 chicken thighs

Directions

  1. Combine the mustard, soy sauce, oil, ginger and garlic in large bowl. Add chicken and let stand 1 hour covered. Place chicken thighs in large pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Barbara, if you click on "Meal Plan" then click on "Rate Your Recipes" there's a button there to "Add to Favorites". When you're prompted to "Select your recipes" for a new meal plan they are there under "my recipes". I hope this helps.

    I loved this dish. Next time I think I am going to try cooking in a broiler pan, then use the broiler or grill to finish so the skin is more crispy. Even if you don't like mustard, try this one...Great flavor!

    @Patrick, it's a really good idea to crisp up the skin after baking under the broiler or on the grill. The added texture will make this dish even better!

    This is an excellent recipe! I only cooked for 30 minutes. I cut up the chicken and served it over rice with soy sauce. Awesome!
