- 3 1/2 (pound) beef roast (sirloin, rump, brisket)
- 1 (10.5 ounce can) cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 (1.0 ounce envelope) onion soup mix
- Place roast in crockpot. Empty dry soup mix and mushroom soup onto roast. Cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 4-5 hours. Serve with gravy from crock-pot.
