You could also use leftover roast beef, skirt steak or flank steak for this recipe.

Had to change it up because of the garlic, but our version was decent.

The written recipe needs a little attention, it is not explained that the buns need to be toasted first, it just says to set the oven temp. And it says twice too add onions. And I'm not sure about that much garlic. However, I made it to night and it was still a winner!

Super yummy but I made a few changes. First, it needs more than one onion. I used two. Then I sauted the onions seperatly and they were much better. And the garlic mayo is super yummy...don't hold back there.

@Jamie, I think the more onions the better! And if you cook them low and slow they will release more sugar and be sweeter and much more flavorful! Good job!

Good but I added peppers, mushrooms and salt and pepper. It still needed a little more seasoning next time. Quick and easy though. :)

I must have added more than an average Clive of garlic because it taste like horseradish. XP It wasn't inedible to me but my boyfriend who made it with me hated it! Probably won't be making this one again.

Add some water and broth and cook meat until tender (about 45 min). Otherwise the meat is too tough.
