Hi Brittany. Can you explain a little bit more why you didn't care for in this recipe and maybe I can offer some suggestions? In the mean time here are several other lasagna recipes from the Food on the Table site that have great reviews: Mexican Lasagna: (http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/353520-mexican-lasagna) OR Crock-pot Lasagna Primavera: (http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/349891-crock-pot-lasagna-primavera) OR Basic Meat Lasagna: (http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/28851-basic-meat-lasagna) OR Taco Lasagna: (http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/40693-taco-lasagna)

Thanks Heather! It was too fishing and rich for me. My family and I like more fresh tasting foods and this recipe was too processed for us. Of course I could see this before making it but I wanted to try and it isn't a keeper for the Dickson household. With that said I love Food on the Table!

The smoked sausage was a bit too much, kids said it tasted like hot dogs. Next time I will use Andoille sausage but only half of the recipe.

@Anonymous, that's a good idea if the spice is too much for your kids.
